What we do. We're
a full-service plumbing contractor providing quality service to Douglas County and Metro Denver. From repairing
a leaky faucet to a total bathroom remodel, from installing a livestock waterer in Elizabeth to replacing lead pipes in a
historical Wash Park bungalow, our expert technicians are dedicated to helping you solve your plumbing problems. We
are fully licensed and insured (License No. 189459).
How We Price We charge by the job - not by the hour. In
most cases, we can give you a fairly accurate estimate over the phone - after all, you want to know how much it's going
to cost; that's part of the reason you're calling! Our technicians always review the work and the price before starting the job - so there will be no surprises.
If the technician can't give you an exact price, you'll know that up front. Let's be real, you're shopping
for quality and price. We're not the cheapest in town and we are by far
not the most expensive. However, our goal is to give you the best
quality available.
Why we don't offer service 24/7 It's pretty simple, most people don't need or want a plumber in their home at 8:00 at night or
4:00 in the morning. A clogged toilet is only an emergency if it's the only toilet in the house. A leak
under a sink isn't the same thing as a burst pipe flooding the basement. We want our employees to enjoy their
families in the evenings and on the weekends. If the only time you have available for a plumbing repair is Sunday evening
at 6:00, there are lots of companies available at that time - we're just not one of them. Of course this also cuts
our cost of doing business which is one reason we are not as expensive as some of those other guys.
